Andantino by Schladmingurlaub

The facilities were very modern in the apartment and the shower was amazing. The apartment waas very close to the planni Gondola, only a 10 minute walk in ski boots. There was heated ski boot rack in the basement and ski storage with a lift.

The apartment was very hot, and the controls to turn down the heating very a little confusing as they were on a touch screen in each room. You could turn it down but not off. There was a bar directly beside the bedroom windows that on the Saturday night stayed open all night till 8am and had music playing all night and drunk people chatting in the street but apparently that only happens on Saturdays. The key collection was the other side of town at Planni West gondola which was fine because our taxi driver took us there and then was happy to take us to the apartment too but if you were walking it would be a long way.

Great location although it is a bit of a walk to the Planai gondola with skis etc so we hired a locker at the station. The apartment is very modern and has all mod cons including a smart home control system that took a bit of figuring out! Teenagers come in handy for this! The house is equipped to a high standard. There is a coffee maker, toaster, grill and all cutlery, pans that you need. it Has great views and a lovely balcony area. The TV has all modern apps and there is a PS4 and an x box. The bathroom is stunning with a light up marble wall that doubles as a heater. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of storage. The apt is warm and has a large living area which we liked. it’s a 2 min walk from the Platz with its bars and restaurants.

Some of the cupboards in the bedroom need repairing as they catch on each other. There is an extra charge for linen and a final clean that we didn’t expect and when you consider the price of the apt I think that should be included. it can be noisy on a night. There is a bar “scenario” which is rowdy until the small hours just along the street. that said with the windows closed the sound insulation is good.
