Modern household with all the indoor amenities you'd need on holiday. Good level of space for 4 persons and two toilets. The owners are a friendly old couple that do everything to welcome you. Place feels super new and clean.

The complimentary car park lot is more like street parking in front of the house. It's tight for a medium sized car and completely unusable if you have a larger car like an Alphard. If both units have a car it'll be a challenge to fit both cars. The beds are pretty hard as well but this seems to be a Japanese preference. It's quite hard to get any sort of assistance once you check in as the owners are not particularly responsive. Reception is also only either in Japanese or Mandarin. You might struggle if you don't speak either. Check in could be improved by a comprehensive instruction booklet in multiple languages. If door code can be provided in advance there is also no requirement to arrive precisely on time as well. We rushed like crazy to arrive at the agreed time as owners were waiting for us. WiFi is not very stable and is unreliable on the second level.
