Maison dans le quartier de Gion. Idéal comme point de départ pour visiter les points d'intérêts de Kyoto. La superficie de la maison pour 5 personnes est parfaite (espace et équipements).
La climatisation de la chambre parentale est trop bruyante et ne favorise pas un sommeil de qualité. Le néon des escaliers ne s'éteint pas, surement par sécurité donnant sur la porte vitrée de la chambre parentale. Pas d'échange possible avec l'hôte, uniquement des mails automatiques.

Asuka was a great haven to return to at the end of days sightseeing in Kyoto. It was very comfortable and well set out. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely recommend it.
We read the reviews about the light on the stairs. It’s still there but really didn’t bother us. Otherwise, nothing we didn’t like.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, expensive but reasonable when shopping other options. Couch could use updating and another chair in the living space would be handy. The “safety” light over the stairs required us to wear an eye mask to fall asleep, even with a curtain on the door, such a strange set up that you can’t turn the light off or maybe replace that with a solid door. Overall, very pleased!
