I liked that there were 2 separate living areas and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom was awesome. It was nice to have dish soap and other mini soaps and shampoos -- I wasn't sure if we had to bring our own. There were lots of linens and towels.
The main thing we didn't like was there was no coffee maker except a keurig. Had I known, I would have brought k-cups instead of ground coffee. Our first morning was miserable as we all needed our coffee fix. Fortunately, a friend was able to bring us a coffeemaker.
2nd was the lighting. It was too dim to see details.
3rd: I think the oven was not hot enough.
4th was that there were no pillows for the sleeper sofa or blankets.
I also didn't like the fact that despite asking for earlier check in and later check out months in advance we were not given an answer -- told to wait 2 days before checkout to find out, and also not able to make plans without knowing if we could get in earlier in the day while traveling with an infant. No answer was ever given except for giving us the standard check-in information. Need better communication.

Everything we needed to cook and be comfortable was provided in the home. Great location to get anywhere in the sleeping bear dunes park!
The front of the house looked like no one has been there in a while, there was a pile of dead leaves and a few spider webs by the front door, and the inside had a weird smell at first- we bought some air fresheners to eliminate the odor.
The thermostats weren’t working either, only the one in the bedroom was operational but the others we couldn’t get to work.
