This historic home is located less than a half mile from Lake Michigan and South Bar Lake. It’s been completely renovated with your comfort in mind, and features quality furnishings, central air conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.
After a fun-filled day at the lake, come home to a comfortable living room featuring a sofa, fireplace, and TV. The well-appointed kitchen is at your disposal for when the group gets hungry. Dine together at the dining table fit for four, or at the picnic table outside. While in the backyard, be sure to take advantage of the firepit - perfect for keeping warm by while stargazing at night.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This was a nice house for the weekend with a fantastic kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of supplies like towels, sheets and such were provided. The only practical issue was that while you can sleep nine in this house, seven is more reasonable given the setup and style of the beds.

Great location. Kitchen and baths great. Needs a window ac unit upstairs where the bedrooms are. Ground floor was nice and cool upstairs was pretty hot and stuffy. Late July.

The AC did not work. The property manager came out and tried to fix the issue and the AC only worked for 10 min after the “repair”. It was very hot and stuff especially in the upstairs bedrooms. Location was fine and listing was otherwise accurate, but way over priced for the unit. Would not stay here again.
