Will defo stay again for a ski weekend

A perfect little hotel for easy access to the slopes and plenty of parking. Right in the middle of town so plenty of facilities nearby and just a 5min 'ski-boot' walk to the nearest lift. Clean, tidy and very friendly staff

Not all of the quadruple family rooms are as pictured, the room we had was four beds in one room. Would have been better to have the childrens beds in a seperate room as the pictures suggested but not a problem for just one night.

Alpine room above a gorgeous Pasticceria super close to ski lift

I appreciated the Lovely welcome even though we arrived much later than we expected in the evening. Comfy alpine room with balcony. Great to be able to park behind the building, as the front car park, apart from the row immediately in front of the building is for disabled and was monitored regularly. Parking only an issue over Xmas New Year and weekends. Comfy bed and room cleaned well every day. Great hot water for shower, especially as everyone showers at same time after the pistes close. I understand there is also a sauna on the lower ground floor which can be reserved by guests.

We stayed for 6 nights and although the beautiful home cooked pastries and biscuits at breakfast were AMAZING, as a vegetarian I would have appreciated an omelette or fresh tomatoes or something else savoury at breakfast as by day 4 I was finding too many sweet things a challenge. But I didn't mention this to management, it wasn't a bug issue. They were so lovely and welcoming I am certain they would have arranged an alternative if I mentioned it to them. Thank you for a lovely stay. :)

The only reason I couldn’t give it a 10 was that the beds in our room were quite uncomfortable, which for an overnight accommodation is very important. Everything else was excellent.

Fabulous

Location is perfect for walking, it’s beside il sentiero delle sorgenti and il respiro degli alberi, the pasticceria is lovely, the staff is really nice and above all the owner is extremely helpful, kind and thoughtful. She has done everything she could to make our stay pleasant. We even got to have a mini portable fridge in our room (for my daughter’s milk).

I letti sono (ovviamente a gusto personale) abbastanza duri, e così anche i cuscini (fortunatamente ce n’era uno più morbido nell’armadio)

Belle vacanze invernali, Lavarone è bellissima ma attenzione agli alberghi

La posizione rispetto alle attrazioni sciistiche è di tutto rispetto, se programmate una vacanza all' insegna dello sci con bambini la struttura è ben collocata

Ci sono però alcune, se non diverse, situazioni che non ho apprezzato: - la struttura segnala che è provvista di sauna tuttavia dopo aver chiesto informazioni ad un' addetta ho ricevuto laconicamente la risposta "non c'è la sauna". Ho quindi segnalato a Booking il fatto e durante il checkout l'operatrice mi ha ripreso dicendomi che dovevo chiedere meglio perché la sauna c'era ma non era funzionante perchè rotta, riprendendomi indispettita perché prima di avvisare Booking avrei dovuto chiedere informazioni direttamente a lei. Fatto sta che rotta o non rotta, io che avevo prenotato una struttura con l'intenzione di usare la sauna, non ho potuto farlo e mi sono preso anche parole. - Il personale è piuttosto freddo e poco accogliente ma temo che il motivo sia perché, essendo anche una pasticceria importante, la struttura ha continuamente una moltitudine di clienti da servire, questo comunque non dovrebbe giustificare la poca cordialità. - i letti nella stanza erano pessimi, materassi completamente sfondati, allego una foto anche se dalla foto non si riesce a vedere bene. - il bagno andava bene se non per due cose a mio parere da sistemare: il filtro dell'areatore completamente intasato, vedere foto, e un cattivo odore proveniente dallo scarico della doccia. - sempre parlando della stanza non c'è un minimo di servizio di accoglienza tipo bottiglietta d'acqua ma nemmeno i bicchieri... infatti, come si vede dalle foto allegate, abbiamo dovuto provvedere noi sdrammatizzando. Sono certo che chiedendo avremmo ricevuto tutto ma in un albergo di queste dimensioni ci si aspetta che l'attenzione al cliente dovrebbe comprendere il fatto che tu come ospite non debba chiedere cose così basilari.

Die Lage ist super. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wifi funktioniert einwandfrei. Sehr hundefreundlich!

Wir waren zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr da. Es gibt tagsüber in der Woche keine Parkplätze bis ca. 17 Uhr. Zum Glück konnten wir bei Bekannten 300 m entfernt parken. Alles wird von Tagesgästen zugeparkt. Wir hätten nach Ankunft zum Mittag sonst 2-3 Stunden warten müssen. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach und hellhörig. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr karg, es sei denn; man mag Kuchen zum Frühstück. Beispielsweise ist nicht mal ein Glas auf dem Zimmer. Steckdosen funktionieren nur mit flachen Steckern.

Attenzione pet friendly

Purtroppo pochissime cose in relazione a tutte quelle negative che sono successe.

Ho avvertito appositamente della presenza dei miei cani e mi è stato fornito un prezzo generico via richiesta speciale "Sono 10 Euro". Sono diventati 100€ (per due cani e per 5 notti). Ho chiesto spiegazioni e mi è stato detto che ho frainteso io il messaggio e che a Lavarone ci sono poche strutture che accettano i cani (come se fosse una mia responsabilità l'intera situazione turistica dog friendly di Lavarone) e che sono la prima ad aver frainteso nella storia. Il tema è uno: se non volete cani, mettete che la struttura non è dog friendly. Se volete far pagare due cani come un bambino di 3 anni, basta chiarirlo fin da subito e poi le persone si fanno i loro conti. Ma l'italiano è sempre quello.

Delusione totale. Voto zero, assolutamente sconsigliato.

Colazione assolutamente deludente, offerta in un bancone lungo un metro con prodotti per lo più confezionati. Mi aspettavo, visto che è pasticceria, molti più dolci e paste...invece la scelta era scarsissima. I bambini hanno dovuto ripiegare su fette biscottate e nutella. La camera non era assolutamente quella che avevo prenotato, invece di essere ristrutturata come nelle foto era vecchia, con macchie sul soffitto, poco pulita e con bagno fatiscente. L'esterno poco curato e poco pulito. Siamo andati con il cagnolino e al momento della colazione ci hanno detto che o lo lasciavamo in stanza o mangiavamo fuori (in un tavolo in legno sporco e non apparecchiato). Le cameriere e le donne delle pulizie invece sono state gentilissime, sprecate in una struttura del genere!

Lago di Lavarone e altro

Colazione ottima, la posizione dell'albergo è ottima per facili escursioni d'estate. La parte del leone la fa la pasticceria dove giornalmente viene molto frequentata da turisti esterni alla struttura.

La camera in cui eravamo alloggiati era molto basica e nulla a che fare con lo stile montanaro.

Letto scomodissimo , molle nella schiena , quelli da 5 € sono meglio. Mi moglie si è spostata su un lettino che c’era in stanza io invece ho fatto la notte in bianco , anzi alzandomi ho avuto male la schiena tutto il giorno oltre per la stanchezza per non aver dormito . E ‘ stato impossibile dormire e alla mattina quando l’ho segnalato alla titolare chiedendogli di accompagnarmi in stanza per farglielo vedere si è rifiutata . Ha avuto un comportamento vergognoso e maleducato
