Our group of 18 people occupied four apartments, and we were thoroughly impressed with the excellent service provided by the host, Carola. Her exceptional communication skills and willingness to assist with local planning made our experience truly memorable. The apartments themselves were beautifully presented, extremely well-appointed, and equipped with everything we required. We would not hesitate to recommend Residence Aurora and would be delighted to return in the future. Thank you, Carola, for your outstanding hospitality.

There was no air conditioning, cutlery except knives and the fridge was not turned on. Amenities were clean but it was not as promised.

lovely views, very helpful owners, comfy beds and lots of nice extras like wash stuff and a few coffee pods to get you going (you can buy more at reception as it’s a niche machine!)

kitchen very small and no oven but we made it work and it was a lovely holiday. you have to jump on a bus to the slopes if you don’t have a car but only one stop. the bus isn’t that regular but fine if you follow timetable or a 20 minute walk.

Very comfortable and functional

Great rooms, very well furnished and equipped. Clean, spacious and modern. The balcony was great - had a great view and was spacious. The little, individualized vanity kit for the bathroom was a great plus.

Perfect place for a family to stay with comfort of having kitchen

The overall facility has been designed considering the comfort of the guests. Right from the kitchen utensils which were available in variety and sizes super useful. The space to keep sporting equipment so that the room isn't cluttered. Also the free access to the washing area. The overall upkeep of the residence is good. The facility is well designed considering that we had easy access from the parking to our room.

Struttura molto bella, situata a poca distanza da dove partiva il sentiero del drago. Appartamento confortevole, pulito e adibito ad ogni necessità. Personale educato e gentile. Pronto a rispondere ad ogni domanda o richiesta che facevo.

Alloggio molto tranquillo e ottimamente posizionato per visitare la zona degli altopiani trentini. Parcheggio privato. Discrezione e gentile disponibilità da parte della proprietà. Supermercato a soli 2/3 minuti di distanza a piedi. Diversi ristoranti in zona.

La pulizia dell'appartamento dotato di tutti i servizi, i letti molto comodi, la gentilezza dello staff molto disponibile, la posizione della struttura vicino al parco Palù bellissimo per i bambini e a pochi minuti dall'inizio di molti sentieri. Consigliatissimo!!!!

Location comodissima per muoversi con i bambini (e i passeggini), parcheggio privato, estrema pulizia degli ambienti, cucina ben fornita, bellissima terrazza e locali molto luminosi

La situation idéale pour avoir accès aux parcours de randonnées et pour les achats.

Il serait souhaitable que vous mentionniez que l’appartement se trouve dans une allée augurant beaucoup de passages. Par ailleurs lors de la réservation, il serait utile de spécifier les étages des appartements qui sont proposés, seulement les surfaces le sont!
