All the staff in reception staff was very helpful. Always ready to help. The room was comfortable and pleasant. Very near to tram station, Grand bazaar, Blue mosque, Hight Sophia,Topkapi palace and Basilica cistern.

Rooms are big and clean. Quiet and calm. The price is very affordable. Staff are helpful. They help with everything. I am very happy to have come here.

The location of the hotel is great, nearby the famous Aksaray welcoming, helpfull and is always happy to serve others with smile. With all my visits to Istanbul, he is one of the best hotel staff i ever met.
