Staying at Residence Herold was great. From the balcony we could see directly to the waterfall and the mountains. Rabland was not far from interesting places - Trauttmansdorff Castle, Juval Castle, Naturno Aquapark, Algundo Waalweg, etc. The friendly owner always gave us advice. Thank you

Clean apartment in a well-managed apartment house.

Very firendly, attentive and responsive host. Clean well-equipped apartment. Comfortable beds, floor heating in the bathroom. Large balcony. Easy to park.

The tall table with bar chairs is OK for adults, but not very suitable for kids. No oven (although a microwave has a grill function). Dischwasher would be an asset. No way to control heating. The table is not well-lit, so used the table lamp from the bed-side tables.

Quiet stay with great views

The hostess is proactive, helpful, accommodating, happy to offer hints on the local resources. The residence has an underground garage that can accommodate a small motorbike trailer and a motorbike, besides a car, despite it being busy. And the hostess kindly offered even convenient safe storage of two bicycles. The views from the balcony (might be room-dependent) offer great views towards the mountains that delimit the valley Rabland is located into. The location is further away from the main road and thus quiet over night. The studio room is large and quite comfy, the wifi reliable and fast. The balcony is also large with chairs and even chaise longues. There are window blinds that make it properly dark for a good sleep -- great, given the window wall. There are restaurants within walking distance, some with great views as well.

The kitchenette is no longer quite new and despite having most of the utensils one might want (toaster, kettle, coffee machine etc), they can be a bit odd to use, mostly due to space and oddly placed power sockets. The small fridge available is useful, but can't be shut off (easily?) and being a bit old it runs a lot, even on a low setting -- could be a bit bothersome at night.

I can recommend this residence as we had a great time and met my expectations. Very good manager Evelin 10+ she met us, checked in quickly, gave very good and necessary recommendations on what to see, advised a good restaurant nearby, was always in touch if anything needed. She is a very good person. The residence has a beautiful view, convenient parking, near the Terme in Merano. All perfectly. Corresponds to the price and quality. We will definitely come back.

Overpriced for how small the room is

Great quiet location, walking distance to grocery store and restaurants, balcony, on-site parking

Very expensive and small room only rather than apartment, too small for more than two people, tiny kitchenette that's barely useful, only very basic kitchen utensils, tiny table with two chairs for breakfast, WiFi often didn't connect and was pretty slow

Posizione ottima x raggiungere Merano e dintorni, con i mezzi pubblici gratuiti davvero fantastico! Poi la proprietaria gentilissima e accogliente. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Niente bidet ma è spesso così ahimè! Il resto tutto perfetto.

Residence con tutto il necessario

Struttura semplice con tavolo cucinino per pasti veloci, bagno essenziale, camera abbastanza grande. Poltrona letto un po' scomoda. La signora che gestiva molto gentile e disponibile.

Il sistema centralizzato di riscaldamento a livello un po' basso..serviva la stufetta per scaldare meglio la stanza soprattutto quando si doveva fare la doccia o la sera.

Consigliamo ottobre, i meleti carichi di frutti sono bellissimi.

Il parcheggio sempre disponibile, all'aperto o nella rimessa seminterrata, è una grande comodità. Il paesino di Rablà è incantevole. Grande apprezzamento anche per Elisabeth, davvero gentilissima. Da vedere assolutamente nei dintorni la cascata di Parcines, magari fermandosi a mangiare qualcosa al ristoro Dusterhof. Torneremo di sicuro, magari per restare qualche giorno in più.

Non è una vera pecca, anche perché abbiamo dormito davvero benissimo, come consiglio però potremmo dire di offrire il piumino matrimoniale intero in alternativa ai due piumini separati singoli.

Sehr ruhige Lage mit Blick in die Berge. Alles sinnvoll ausgestattet. Parkplätze etwas eng, aber immer ausreichend dank zusätzlicher Tiefgarage. Modellbahnausstellung fußläufig zu erreichen. Ist für alle sehr empfehlenswert. Sehr gern wieder.

Cortese accoglienza della proprietaria per il check in. Appartamento pulito, carino, dotato di bagno, cucinotto e balcone oltre a biancheria. Parcheggio disponibile. Autonomia nell'ingresso / uscita.

Da ritornare

Ho prenotato tardi, a causa di problemi familiari, e alla fine sono riuscita a trovare un appartamento che ha superato le mie aspettative, anche nel rapporto qualità/prezzo. Io e mio marito avevamo un cane e la proprietaria si è dimostrata molto disponibile ad accoglierlo. L'appartamento, pur essendo un monolocale, in realtà non lo sembra, perché il bagno e la terrazza, entrambi grandi, compensano. La location è eccellente. Un paradiso.

La posizione il prezzo e la disponibilitá della proprietaria.

Non era chiaro dalla descrizione della stanza che il balcone si affacciava sul parcheggio e non sul giardino come dalle foto. Si sentiva l'odore di cucinato dal momento dell'arrivo. La camera e il bagno andrebbero rinnovati.

Eenvoudig apartement met prima voorzieningen en op een mooie locatie.

Een apartementje voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt, met een keukentje, eettafel en een zitje buiten. Het interieur is gedateerd maar alles is echt superschoon. Met z'n drieën is het wel erg krap als de slaapbank is uitgeklapt, maar met z'n tweeën zeker groot genoeg. Alle apartementen komen uit op de rustige tuin, met mooi uitzicht op de bergen. De bushalte is vlakbij, met de toeristenkaart kun je gratis gebruik maken van de bus en naar bijvoorbeeld Bozen of Meran gaan. In het kleine centrum van Rabland vind je een supermarkt, toeristenkantoor, fruitstalletjes en een paar restaurantjes.

De loopruimte in de kamer was erg beperkt met drie personen (of je moet steeds de bedbank inklappen). De verlichting in de badkamer werd steeds minder en het spiegelkastje kon je beter dichtlaten omdat je anders met het deurtje in je hand stond.

Aanrader voor wandelliefhebbers!

Prachtige locatie. Tussen de bergen, meerdere hikes om te lopen. In het dorpje een heerlijke pizzeria. Elisabeth is een vriendelijke host. Appartement met balkon of terras. Wij hadden terras met stukje tuin. Heel fijn!!

Byli jsme velice spokojeni. Hostitelka nás informovala o výletech a nabídla SüdTirolkartu.

Lokalita krásná, bydlení v údolí městečka Rablandv v okolí jabloňové sady a hory z obou stran. Všem mohu jen a jen doporučit, určitě bychom se zase vrátili.

Možná trošku stísněnější kuchyň, jinak bylo vše perfektní.

Helt perfekt ophold, vi kommer 100% tilbage!!

Dejlig lejlighed i rolige omgivelser, tæt på naturen, toget og spisesteder.

Stuen var lidt mindre end vi havde forventet især når sofaen var slået ud som seng og der er ikke en dør ud til køkkenet. MEN det var virkelig ikke noget problem, men bare godt at vide hvis man deler lejligheden 4 voksne!

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko przystanek autobusowy, niedaleko też stacja kolejowa z pociągami np. do Merano, supermarket, restauracja. Mieliśmy duży balkon ze stołem i krzesłami oraz przestronny pokój. Komunikacja z gospodynią bezproblemowa, dostaliśmy wszelkie instrukcje. Aneks kuchenny jest dość dobrze wyposażony, jest lodówka, czajnik, mikrofalówka i naczynia. Nie było żadnych hałasów, okolica bardzo cicha i spokojna. Nie mam też zastrzeżeń do czystości. Goście dostają też GuestPass umożliwiający podróżowanie lokalnymi autobusami i pociągami regionalnymi.

Wad było naprawdę niewiele. W łazience nie ma szamponu czy żelu pod prysznicem, ale to nie był wielki problem, przy zlewie był zamontowany dozownik z mydłem. Nie udało nam się uruchomić płyty kuchennej żeby zaparzyć kawę, ale nie wiem czy po prostu nie działała czy to moja nieudolność. Nie komunikowaliśmy tego już gospodynii, gdyż było to wcześnie rano i nie chcieliśmy przeszkadzać.

Natur pur mit Zug und Bus

Genial war die Lage zum Zug und Bus die man kostenfrei nutzen konnte. Zum Einkaufen ein Laden für den täglichen Bedarf und eine Apoteke war auch gleich um die Ecke und natürlich Gaststätten. Von der großen Fernverkehrsstrasse war nichts zu hören. Die große Buche im Garten war ein Paradies für die Jungvögel, wir konnten die drollig Flugversuche schön beobachten von unserem Balkon. Die Gastgeber waren immer Vormittags m Büro erreichbar, ganz unkompliziert.

Bei der Couch sind wir immer zusammengerutscht was bei der Wärme nicht angenehm war.

Ochota a laskavost Elisabeth, povoleno ubytování se psem, balkón. V ceně byl SüdTirol Pass (některá veřejná doprava byla zdarma a to i včetně vybraných lanovek), čehož jsme využili.

Rozkládací gauč trochu vrzal a nebyl zrovna dvakrát pohodlný, nebyla k dispozici houbička na nádobí a chyběli nám tam větší hrnky, nelze regulovat vytápění.

Heerlijk rustig gelegen met uitzicht op de bergen en we konden lekker buiten zitten op het balkon.

Nette appartement iets gedateerd maar zeer schoon, goede bedden en een heerlijke douche Groot overdekt balkon. Ruim parkeergelegenheid. Eetgelegenheden op loopafstand. Snelweg Brenner - Verona binnen een half uur rijafstand. Goede uitval om Merano te bezoeken

Iets te weinig stopcontacten. Moest wisselen tussen de tv en magnetron.
