Tutto. La descrizione corrisponde alla realtà per l'appartamento Roategg e cosa abbastanza rara, nella zona, la presenza del bidè. Bella vista dal balcone molto ampio e appartamento pulito. Posto auto davanti casa e host molto disponibile e cortese. Zona silenziosa e tranquilla. Con la guest card tutti i mezzi pubblici sono gratis. Senza utilizzare l'auto e con pochi passi si può andare a Merano, Bolzano, la funivia del Renon e il trenino del Renon.
Per chi ha molti bagagli come me il carico e scarico sono un po' impegnativi (l'appartamento è al secondo piano), ma lo sapevo già prima perché è scritto nella descrizione.

Accoglienza, ambiente, posizione favorevole, pulizia, arredamento, vista dall'appartamento. Abbiamo trovato disponibilità nel momento del check in pur essendo arrivati verso le 22.
- Valutare installazione di aria condizionata, o mettere a disposizione dei ventilatori negli appartamenti nei periodi caldi come questo. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in questi giorni e abbiamo avuto molto caldo, risolvendo con un nostro ventilatore. - Anche il piano cottura elettrico risulta un po' obsoleto e funziona discretamente, con tempi di cottura veramente lunghi. - Non presenti lavastoviglie o lavatrice: magari in caso di soggiorni più lunghi potrebbe risultare un limite.

Tutto perfetto, pulizia impeccabile, ampio appartamento con balcone vista montagna, posto auto privato sotto casa. Buona posizione x esplorare le montagne sopra Merano e val Venosta
