The location is fab.

The owner only speak Italian, they put the phone down on me three times before arriving (they asked me to call before....) the check-in in was a long process, but the check-out was even worst. She tried to use my card twice, even messaged me after to pay again, as I clearly paid.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist herzlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Auf dem Balkon kann man es sich gemütlich machen. Die Küche ist zweckmässig eingerichtet.

Bellissima permanenza per visitare i mercatini di Merano

Posizione un po' decentrata ma che gode di un'ottima vista sulla vallata e le montagne attorno. L'appartamento fa parte di una casa ristrutturata da poco, le rifiniture sono di ottima qualità così come l'arredamento e gli accessori, tutto in perfetto stato e pulitissimo. Cordialissima la proprietaria. Veramente un'ottima esperienza.

Le indicazioni fornite da Booking non sono molto chiare in merito alla possibilità di usufruire della colazione a pagamento, questo servizio non è contemplato, ma non è colpa del host.

Tranquillità e spazio sono essenziali per una vacanza in famiglia

Appartamento spazioso, pulito e a 5 minuti in auto dal centro di Merano! Il silenzio e la tranquillità regnano nel tranquillo borgo.

La cucina era sprovvista dei condimenti (olio,aceto e sale), però poi chiedendo alla signora ha provveduto subito a farceli avere.

Struttura nuova e gradevole

Appartamento al secondo piano senza ascensore, letto scomodissimo, materasso distrutto, asciugamani insufficienti, assenza di caffè, considerando che il primo bar apre alle 10, ci è stato offerto un caffè, fatto con la moka, che ci è stato fatto pagare come al bar, unica alternativa per la colazione cestino a 15€ (per una cifra del genere mi aspetto una colazione calda). Evidentemente si approfitta del fatto che i bar sono chiusi. In struttura sono presenti solo depliant in lingua tedesca (no italiano, no inglese, no spagnolo). Quando l’abbiamo fatto notare hanno risposto che c’era un libricino in italiano ( le istruzioni per la struttura). Sconsigliatissima, inammissibile un giudizio eccellente
