Die Wohnung war sehr sauber Gute räumliche Aufteilung der Wohnung Tiefgarage

Stubentisch fehlte im Wohnzimmer. In der Küche fehlte es an vielen Utensilien, z.B. zu wenig Tassen, Gläser. Kein Toaster. Pfanne kaputt ( keinerlei Antihaftbeschichtung mehr vorhanden, somit war diese unbrauchbar ) . Im Kühlschrank fehlte der Einschiebeboden und die Halterungen in der Tür für Flaschen. Backofen war vorhanden, durfte nicht genutzt werden ( wir hätten gerne abends mal eine TK Pizza 🍕 gegessen ) wir haben den Vermieter hierauf hingewiesen, und erhielten die Antwort : "steht nicht in der Beschreibung! " 100 Euro Kaution musste gezahlt werden; war vertraglich nicht vereinbart - Stattdessen wurde vom Vermieter barsch gesagt " wenn die Wohnung nicht sauber übergeben wird kann es sein, dass Sie Ihre 100 ,-- Euro nicht wieder bekommen! " Sehr penible Mülltrennung, die wir etwas übertrieben fanden. Die Wohnung ist für 6 Personen ausgelegt bzw. an Schlafplätzen benannt, es waren nur 4 Stühle, eine Liege und deutlich zu wenig Geschirr vorhanden. Der Sparschäler musste mit der Hand zusammen gedrückt werden, ansonsten löste sich immer das Schneidemesser. Sehr schlechte WLAN Verbindung.
