The view and the location
Nosey neighbor, no mesh for the braai area
There's no Wi-Fi, and the satellite for the TV wasn't playing properly because of the bad connection.

The apartment had a wrap-around view of the ocean and was within walking distance of the beach. It was spacious and tastefully furnished. Basically, a home away from home. The complex had a no noise policy. It was a pleasant and restful beach holiday all round.
That we had to leave.

The apartment was conveniently located and opposite the beach
No WiFi, dstv or internet facilities to connect to. The water was not hot enough to take a bath. Main bedroom pillows were too firm and mattress were not comfortable
