Drumsallagh View is a new build with underfloor heating and large living rooms & bedrooms. It is located 1 mile from the A1, the main Belfast/Dublin road & 5mins from the game of thrones studio. It has five bedrooms, 4 en suite bathrooms and one main bathroom. The house is spacious with plenty of space for relaxation both inside and outside. The kitchen and dinning area is open plan with stunning views of the Mourne mountains in a distance.

The wood fuelled stoves in the sitting room & the sunroom provide a warm & cosy feel if you prefer to stay indoors.

Booked property for son’s Wedding.(party of 8). House beautiful underfloor heating.5 well appointed bedrooms with en suite’s. 2 lounges and a stunning kitchen. Owner very friendly and helpful. Location amazing in the countryside but only 5 minute drive to Banbridge. Would highly recommend

We are a 3 generation family group of seven and for us the house and location worked fabulously. The property is in a quiet location, surrounded by fields but close to the A1 road near Bambridge. We were about 30 minutes away from most of the places we wanted to visit which was ideal. We were also easily able to catch a train for a day out in Dublin from the station at Newry which is just a 10/12 minute drive away. The house is spacious and well laid out. Each couple had their own bathroom and privacy which is also important. We particularly liked the big bathroom with the tub bath not being one of the en-suites as this meant that anyone could use it. The house is well equipped, clean and furnished to a high standard. We did have a couple of maintenance issues but these were sorted speedily by Declan. We were also very grateful for the utility area which included a drier and ironing board as it was quite wet during our stay. The only suggestion for improvement we could add is that a shelf in the bathrooms to stand bottles/toothrbrushes etc on would be handy. And finally, we so appreciated the generous welcome food pack that was left for us - Thank you. We would certainly recommend this house for a holiday stay in the area.

We were at times 5 people and then as many as 9. The property is better than advertised and we would return in a heartbeat. The location is very central and in the middle of farm country. We had the owners 17 cows visit us daily and as our stay moved on they became very friendly. In addition, the owner (Declan) lives nearby and went above and beyond to provide assistance. This was my best VRBO rental this far. I highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Drumassallagh View with our family over the holiday season. The house is beautiful, spacious, very clean and comfortable and had all the facilities we needed and is in a very convenient location. Declan was was very easy to deal with; very welcoming on arrival and very communicative and responsive before we arrived and during our stay.

Fantastic stay in a stunning house! It is a brilliant size and almost every bedroom had direct access to a bathroom. We stayed for my Mum’s 60th and it was perfect for our get together. Declan was very helpful and had left lots of treats including a bottle of Prosecco and Tayto Crisps, which where greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

The house was great for our group of 6. There were 2 rooms that shared a Jack & Jill bathroom on the main floor and three bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. Plenty of room to sit and relax, plus a very nicely appointed kitchen. We enjoyed our time at the house.

We were there for our annual visit home which is a few miles away. The property was in a perfect location for us; it was lovely and quiet when we weren't there. The kids loved the fridge's built-in ice maker; the Wife liked the under-floor heating. Cattle in the fields as you'd hope for; shops nearby for necessities and treats. My daughter enjoyed it when we switched off the exterior lighting one night and we looked at the stars with really low light pollution from streetlamps and she saw a satellite in orbit. Special time had by all.

My family and I had a wonderful week in this house. It has everything you could wish for whilst being away from home. Declan is a fantastic host and easily contacted. The house was absolutely spotless on arrival with a few extra touches that make all the difference. The setting and views are stunning, yet close to many different facilities and lovely places to visit, with plenty of information available. A perfect location to access other parts of the area. There were 5 of us working in Portadown on nightshift for a few weeks, therefore the accommodation was perfect. It was spacious, well equipped with great facilities - we all had our own bedroom and bathroom, and it was in a lovely quiet location We would definitely recommend this. Only negative was under floor heating was not very effective in a few areas

Our family of 8 stayed here for a few days to celebrate my mums 60th birthday. We loved the layout of the house, the kitchen and lounges are large and sociable and the place has everything you need. The bedrooms were great with loads of storage and comfortable beds. The location was perfect for us as we could easily meet up with family in Lisburn near Belfast and also enjoyed a trip down to the Mourne Mountains and Carlingford. The underfloor heating was great generally downstairs, the shared bathroom downstairs was slightly colder I’m not sure if the heating was on in there. All electrical equipment was easy to work and instructions were provided, Declan is approachable and keen to help out with any queries. We would definitely recommend his place !! The house was amazing, spacious and everything you could want in a holiday home. There was great attention to detail and a really good layout. From milk and bread on arrival to every bathroom coming equipped shower gel, shampoo and fluffy white towels. We stayed four nights and wished it could have been longer.

My family and I stayed here for three nights in August and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The home is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our group of five. The home is ideally located in the peaceful Northern Ireland countryside, while still being close to many points of interest. Since we are all animal lovers, the cows were an added bonus! Declan was easy to communicate with and getting into the property upon our arrival was a breeze. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

My family and I stayed here several days at the end of a few weeks in Northern Ireland. Let me tell you: the craftsmanship in this home is absolutely stunning. It's not only a well planned design, but was a pleasure to occupy in every way. Everything in the home, from the fine kitchen cabinets, to the numerous bathrooms, to the doors and windows (so well made that I found myself opening and closing them just in appreciation of their sturdiness), to the spacious bedrooms, to the oversized red leather furniture, was just perfect for our family. The upstairs bedrooms have skylights to let in just enough air on warm summer nights (in a record-warm Irish summer). Although the kids had only asphalt on which to run around, which surrounds the home, they spent a lot of time outside kicking their soccer ball about, with visits from cows only a few feet away on all sides of the home to distract them from time to time. The owner is very helpful and accommodating, and went out of his way to help us with something related to our rental car after we left. If you are looking for a quiet place, this is it. If anything could be improved, it would be the wifi only, but that was not a big deal, since my need for speed is greater than most because of the nature of my business, which I was able to do anyway.
