Location. Walkers paradise. Excellent base for hitting Cornwall in a car too. Quiet even though near the road. Train station at the bottom of the road. Quirky pubs and a craft brewery Property was excellent. Clean. Fully stocked kitchen

Thoughtfully put together for family comfort and proper parking- rarity in Lostwithiel.
I thought about inviting parents over with walking frames on wheels but this would not have worked with gravel. A good ramp was provided to front door though.It’s not described as for mobility impaired people so no real criticism. Honestly finding it hard to think of anything negative otherwise!
