Nice place to stay, quiet location.
Nice quiet location, easy access to the train station & local shops & restaurants. Clean cosy house, plenty of light throughout the property, good facilities provided.
The parking space provided is very tight & when leaving the space you have to move very slowly as you can't see what's coming, assistance is recommended! If you're a light sleeper like my wife is, maybe the trains will wake you up early in the morning, it's not too bad though with the windows closed. The beds in the main bedroom were a little hard, our son enjoyed his bed though in the 2nd bedroom (without ensuite).

Peaceful, relaxing and a great base from which to explore other parts of Cornwall.
loved the river location - quiet yet popular with those in the know. Lovely to hear kids playing outside & great place to take the dog for a cool-down. We even had a BBQ on the side of the river on our last night - bliss.
The balcony was too small to be of any real use but it was still nice to leave the double doors open to the sitting room. The key provided didn't work but the host came by within 15 minutes with an alternative. Sitting room furniture a bit dated but perfectly comfortable, but I'm nit-picking now :)
