A characterful stay in a peaceful location that welcomes dogs.

Lovely big airy accommodation. Plenty of garden space and swimming pool just right for the summer heatwave. Not too far from the coast and great countryside walks on your doorstep.

Superb

Pia is lovely and very helpful. Great location (and the pubs and various eateries in Lostwithiel are walkable and of good quality) and very serene for those who like a "quiet" getaway.

If you're venturing out at night, take a torch. The 'shortcut' isn't well lit.

We had a fabulous stay and enjoyed every minute of it.

The location was perfect, the host very likeable. The garden was amazing and an unexpected bonus.

We were informed that there is an additional charge for towels after the booking which was not helpful since we were already travelling for some days and could not have made other arrangements. But the host did not insist on the payment which was kind.

A nice central base as we intended, with some good advice from host on local attractions, however the point of renting a

central (to Cornwall) location and proximity to village, views to surrounding hills and fields, nice outdoor garden area

Really peaceful stay.

The location for Cornwall attractions was great. Setting for the cottages was lovely and quiet. Host was welcoming. Cottage was spacious and the balcony area was great.

The gardens were lovely, it would have been great to see the pool area with some colourful planters and a little more attention to detail in that environment to match the rest of the landscape.

Cream tea welcome. That, it was a converted church or hall, very tall windows, good kitchen area, comfy bed.

Bathroom was too small, no place to put girly things. Towel rail did not heat up therefore it was cold up there.

Peregrine hall is close to rail station and 10 minutes walk to lostwithiel. Lovely grounds, the accommodation was cosy & clean, the host was friendly. Great place to stay

Lovely Christmas Break at Peregrine

Great location from where you can take day trips to Land’s End, St Ives, Tintagel etc. Bodin with very good grocery shop options nearby (Aldi, Lidl, and Morrison’s). The house (the studio is located in a former chapel) and surroundings are gorgeous. We had a wide view across the fields and hills. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Pia was super welcoming (we loved the scones and tea upon arrival - what a nice surprise!).

It was a bit cold during the day as it is such a high room (old chapel), and the heating was turned off for several hours each day. A blanket and small electric heater were provided but on these very cold and rainy winter days, we really needed to cuddle up indoors. Also, some of the dishes were quite dirty upon arrival which was probably left this way by previous guests. All in all, a great place to stay especially when it is a little warmer outside :)

Beautiful, comfortable and interesting property in a lovely setting.

Peregrine Hall is in a wonderful location. The surrounding gardens and the animals who live in them are fantastic. The cream tea on arrival was very welcome. We had good weather and enjoyed a splash around in the pool, which was lovely and clean.

The holiday cottage was pleasant. The bathroom is very small. We had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable but left little room to move around.
