Yes, included in the rental price. Due to Covid, guests are currently being asked to strip the beds prior to departure.
A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed on request at time of booking, for an additional charge of £22 per dog, per stay. Please note that the dogs must stay downstairs.
The wider grounds and tennis court are shared with the Estate's other holiday cottages however you will retain plenty of privacy

Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
