First car: The gate guard staff initially asked for PHP 500 instead of the agreed PHP 300 (as discussed), but it was adjusted back to PHP 300.
Second car: We were asked to pay PHP 400.
Overall: Parking spaces were available.

location and the apartment is genuinely clean
for some some reasons I don’t know why does the cooking stove/tank has been padlock. we were not able to reheat our food in the morning.

Super convenient location cause it’s nearby walking NAIA terminal 3. Walking on foot to get there and the walkway area has air conditioning and various food stores you can avail before your scheduled flight.
Very poor with internet connection. We have troubled connecting to the wifi. At first,I was given a password after I booked the condo and next 12 hours before checking in,the owner, forwarded an email regarding rules and regulations of using the condo and the wifi password connectivity was very bad. We have not able to use the wifi even for the television thus, finally decided to sleep early on.
