Location, amenities, security
Couldn’t access internet or TV and no one to solve this during our stay. Electrical outlet felt unsafe - sparking while plugging in microwave, etc.
We were unable to get our SIM cards set up for our phones as we needed internet, so we were not able to phone owner to help.
