Overall the property and unit were great.
The check-in process could be more informative. Such as directing you to your unit. We had no idea where to go after check-in.
Also, I tried to extend our stay the morning we were to check out. I called the number and was asked to either wait on the line or receive a text. I opted to receive the text. That was a mistake, as I was told I could not extend my stay even though I checked the booking status and knew it was available for the next 2-3 nights. Frustrated, I decided to call back and speak to a LIVE person. He was able to extend my stay at a discounted rate. My point here is to always talk to a person!
I'm only giving 4 stars because of the check-in process. The unit (136) was very clean and the amenities were pretty great too. Beach access was perfect. I recommend bringing your own chairs or mat as there are none in the unit.
I never saw one roach either in the unit, or on the grounds while we were there. NOTE to those who have, do not leave food on the the counters or unrinsed dishes in the sink. This is what attracts them. Florida is a natural habitat for them and even with proper pest control, if you leave food out or on dirty dishes, they will come.

Fun place but very busy. Elevators are truly a nightmare to try to get a ride on one. Thankfully we had a room on the first floor so most of the time we took the stairs but when you have a loaded beach wagon you have no choice.

The room itself is great on the 1st floor because elevators were down half our stay and very slow. The room was big which was great for our family of 6. However, the room was just rundown. The patio furniture was falling apart so I had to keep my kids away from it. One of the bathrooms had a broken towel rack that was just placed under the sink with hard wear left on the wall, carpet was dirty,, the washer left weird stains on our clothes. The property is pretty run down now, the trash shoot was always full when we’d take our trash. The bottom pool was always dirty like no one cleans it? Just seemed very rundown. It’s in a great location so if they could just do some updating and cleaning, it would be way more appealing.
