RESORT RENOVATION NOTICE – August 2025 to March 2026

BALCONY CLOSURE FOR THIS UNIT WILL BE AUGUST 28 – OCTOBER 4, 2025. (DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE)
Please be advised that Long Beach Resort will be undergoing exterior renovations from August 18, 2025, through March 2026, as part of a large-scale project coordinated by the Homeowners’ Association.
Construction setup and equipment deliveries will take place from August 4–18, with actual work starting August 18. This includes stucco and concrete repairs, sealant replacement, balcony updates, and exterior repainting throughout the resort.
What to Expect During Your Stay:
• Construction noise may occur during work hours: Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, guests may experience hammering, chipping, grinding, and other renovation-related activity
• Balcony closures will begin in phases starting August 28, but not all balconies will be closed at the same time. Work will proceed by tower and unit stack, with different schedules depending on unit location.(CLOSED BALCONY DATES ARE Aug 28 - Oct 4, 2025)
• Walkways and entryways may be rerouted temporarily for safety
• Beach access will remain open at all times, though some boardwalk closures may occur
• No refunds will be issued for construction-related inconvenience on reservations booked after July 1, 2025
• This unit includes free seasonal beach chair service (March 1 – October 31)
Pool Closures:
• Lagoon Pool & Hot Tub: Open through November 28, 2025
• Tower 1 & 2 Pool/Hot Tub: Closed August 28 – November 28, 2025
• Tower 3 & 4 Pool/Hot Tub: Closed October 20, 2025 – End of project

This trip and corresponding property made for the perfect week at the beach as a family of 3. My 4 yo daughter had the time of her life! The place was spotless and perfect, we had more than enough room without feeling cramped and the views of the ocean from each room was the chef's kiss. The resort property itself was perfect, clean, and multiple pools and hot tubs to enjoy, plus just steps from the beach! I loved that the condo had walk in closets in both bedrooms, this allowed us to put suitcases and such away so we could truly feel settled in the space. The location is perfect - close to every attraction you could want, ice cream and some delicious restaurants. Another quality we loved was how family friendly the resort was - there were tons of other families with young kids and my daughter made a set of friends for the week which I know made her experience even more fun (she slept 12 hours a night, so you know she had fun!) Finally, as we were leaving, one of my daughter's stuffed animals was accidentally left. The super kind and gracious cleaning crew saw it and immediately called down to us in the parking lot, and then came all the way down to return it to us - something they did not have to do, but saved me a major breakdown from a 4 year old! I have already recommended this property to friends that have asked and we will definitely be back! Thank you for such an amazing week!

Rolling over in bed to a view of waves, beach and the occasional dolphin is a pretty top notch way to wake up every morning. The unit was just as pictured. Love, love, love that both the master bedroom and the second bedroom (a master in its own right really) both are Gulf of America facing. That was a huge bonus for our son and his friend that came along with us. The balcony is large and can be accessed by either bedroom or through living room. It was a wonderful stay and it was hard to leave!

We loved the condo. I always worry about comfort of bed, but slept very good, without back pain. This was spring break weeks but no problems. We stayed 2 weeks, & the 3rd week daughter, her husband & 2 boys, 6, 9 years old, loved the pools. Wanted to book for our May trip but not available.
