We were there when there was a massive watermain break. Our host kept us informed with updates from the maintenance crew. We purchased water to flush toilets, brush teeth, make coffee etc. until they had water available on the ground floor at the beach showers, and she offered to reimburse us for our expense (we did not take her up on it). we would definitely stay there again. Her cleaning crew needs to be a little more diligent with the vacuuming though.

Thank you for a lovely place. The views were breathtaking. The amenities were great. The home was fully stocked The rooms and beds were very comfortable. Definitely planning on coming back for a longer stay.

Unit was not cleaned well. Obvious fingerprints and dirt on the living room windows and sliding door. Floors dirty and dirt/dust on ceiling fans. Texted the cleaning service and they responded by sending people over the next morning to address our concerns which took time out of our vacation to attend to cleaning that was not done in advance of our stay. Mold in the master bath shower.Kitchen was well supplied with utensils and cooking gear and appliances worked well and were clean. Bathrooms were generally clean and plenty of towels provided. Washer and dryer were relatively new and worked well. Master bedroom mattress was worn out and should be replaced.
