The property is in a great location close to many attractions, shops, and grocery stores. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The room had fans, plenty of blankets, towels, and utensils.
The staff at the resort were not very friendly. The room being on the 19th floor made the elevator situation very frustrating. The hotel is huge but only had 3 working elevators which made going to & from anything a total nightmare.

The location and cleanliness. Response time was great
I didn’t like the wait times for the elevators they were extremely slow and then the people painted the elevators on the weekend which made it worst.

That we couldnt stay longer. Didn't want the vacation fo end.

I like the apartment it was nice cozy and felt like home
The night staff was not friendly and that put a little bit of a damper on things but it was a good stay
