Lagoon-View Balcony! Family Resort Escape in PCB

I loved the apartment balcony,the resort pools and the location of the resort

The shops and restaurants closed early were the only thing I didn’t like about the resort

Our room was so beautiful and welcoming.

The elevators wait time.

The location was great for us, loved that there was beach across the road, walking distance from resturants, walmart, gas station. Many shops and resturants on location, loved the vibe of laketown wharf. Fountain in lagoon that lights up at night. The pools were great. Multiple pools that looked clean and appeared well maintained. Condo has balcony overlooking lagoon. Bed in master bedroom has memory foam overlay...comfortable. Bar by the pool has amazing frozen drinks. Our guest contact Tristan was wonderful and did his best to fix everything that was wrong.

One thing after another happened, making our vacation difficult...all of pcb was without water for half a day...cooling tower for ac...out of ac for 2.5 days in the florida heat! Door knob broke and we were trapped inside while part of our family was trapped outside though it was fixed quickly. Condo was not very clean on arrival- floors had to be swept not just from sand but from food crumbs. The sheets in the queen bedroom had to be washed because they had food crumbs and hair on them...not really what you want to be doing after a long trip. Master batg shower handle is stipped or something...had to get my husband to turn it on and off for every shower. Some of the furniture is old and in poor condition. The building is like a maze. The 3rd floor has no entry to parking garage. We had to go up to the 4th floor to go down to the 2nd floor to get anywhere. Its like the architect forgot there was a 3rd floor. Lots of walking and stair climbing. The beach is in walking distance but its quite a little walk from the 3rd floor, across the property, across the road to the beach. Oh, and the code to get to the beach does not work. You must take your bracelet off, hold it around the corner of the gate and stretch to make it open. Parking garage is full, busy, and cars go way to fast in it. Property is allegedly non smoking but tge smell of weed was overwhelming. I find that smell repulsive. I definately enjoyed some of the aspects of the property, but would not stay here again.
