This gorgeous condo is located at Laketown Wharf and features 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms & sleeps 6! With a gorgeous gulf view from the balcony, lake view from the walkway & many amenities on-site, this is the perfect spot for your next beach vaca!
The living room has plenty of open space for all of your guests along with beautiful views of the gulf through the balcony. It also features a sleeper sofa, dining area for 4 & a flat-screen TV. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances for your use such as a stove, oven, microwave & dishwasher. It also features extra seating on the island.
Another sleeping space is located in the bunk alcove and master bedroom. The master features a queen bed, closet, flat-screen TV & private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The unit was very spacious and decorated beautifully. The kitchen area was updated and beautiful. The balcony allowed for a view of the ocean and walking out the door was a view of the fountain area. Easy booking process. I will be staying at this unit again and would highly recommend to other people.

the property was clean and well-maintained. read the listing carefully there's a wristband and parking pass cost associated. For three people this was around another ~$80. My only complaint with the building was that the elevator was quite slow so getting in and out of the building during heavy traffic hours. you'll need to plan for up to +10min
