Our anniversary trip was worth the stay and amenities are great around the resort as well as amazing food within walking distance

The code sent to us for check in did not work so we had to call Vacasa and get a new code. The cable tv did not work as the owners have not paid their bill since August. It’s January. My husband was looking forward to relaxing and watching the Georgia vs. Notre Dame playoff football game but couldn’t. I reached out to Vacasa regarding this and they said that we would hear back from a local agent but we never did. The unit was clean and had great views and served its purpose. I would not book another rental that is managed by Vacasa though.

Property was as described. Check in was easy. Elevator was crowded and lots of walking to get to room. Resort staff pick and choose who they want to enforce rules with which was strange. We enjoyed the property. My only complaint is the floors are not mopped as much as they should be as my kids feet turned black daily. Other than that its a great place to stay. Close to beach and prime location for shopping etc. Overall we enjoyed it! We will be back!
