Dock space is available on a first-come, first-served basis for a small fee. After a day on the beach or out on the water, relax on the dock or unwind on your private balcony while enjoying the evening breeze.
Inside, you'll find convenient amenities like a private washer and dryer to keep everyone looking their best, and central air conditioning for a cool and comfortable stay. Cozy up for a game night with the board games provided in the condo, and make lasting memories with family and friends.

Dock details: Use is not allowed for any renters' guests not staying at the property.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo in Orange Beach! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to wine cabinet and place for keg! The location is close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless. Whether you're looking for a relaxing escape or a fun-filled family vacation, this condo is a fantastic choice. We can’t wait to come back!
