About this apartment rental
Four Seasons 804W is a newly renovated oversized 2 bedroom 2.5 bath gulf-front condo boasting over 1400 sq ft of living space located in the west building. The professional decorated condo has all porcelain tile throughout. Both the primary and guest bedrooms have King beds. The primary en suite has a jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double vanities. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower condo. The full-equipped kitchen has black appliances set in black granite countertops.
Four Season's is home to the only private fishing pier on the Alabama Gulf Coast spanning 702 feet out onto the Gulf of Mexico. Four Seasons has a beachfront pool, indoor pool and fitness room. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Please note: There is a maximum of 2 vehicles per unit for Four Seasons, as parking is limited with the exception of Friday, May 22nd -Sunday May 30th, 2026 and Friday, June 26th - Saturday, July 11th 2026, where there is a one-car limit. There is a fee of $100.00 for each violation of this strict policy by the on-site HOA. No trailers, boats, personal watercraft, campers, motor homes, Dually trucks, or other vehicles deemed inappropriate by the property manager are not allowed on the property. Such Vehicles Will Be Towed.
STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.
The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

Five Best friends landed in Orange Beach for a week of sun, fun and beach. We had all of that and more! Very spacious and stylish set up. We had plenty of room for all of us and all our things. Well stocked and fantastic view. The pool area was great, someone always cleaning every morning, and sunrise coffee on the pier was amazing. Looking forward to coming back. Host was in contact and informative.

The condo was in a great location with the beach, a fishing pier and pool all within walking distance. The only negative was the parking. The spaces and rows were so close together you had to do 10-point turns to get in and out of the spaces. Everyone had large SUVs and trucks. The whole parking lot needs to be re-lined with maybe one-way rows and slanted parking spots.
