Welcome to Four Seasons 704W, a stunning 2BR/2-1/2BA beachfront oasis. The well-equipped kitchen has plenty of room to whip up a local seafood dish. Kick back and relax in the comfortable living space with comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. Enjoy a meal around the dining table or coffee at the balcony table. Natural light flows into the large main bedroom with balcony access featuring a king-size bed and a full/twin bunkbed. The en-suite main bathroom has a large jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. Second bedroom has two double-size queen beds along with flat screen tv. The second bedroom en-suite bathroom features a tub/shower combo. There is also a hallway half bath for guests. The private balcony showcases a stunning view of the white sandy beaches and has plenty of seating.

Four Seasons is located in the heart of Orange Beach. A short drive to many favorite restaurants including Louisiana Lagniappe, COASTAL, and The Gulf. Directly across from Cotton's and Sunliner Diner. Take the kids over to Sweet Cone Alabama or City Donuts for a sweet treat. Plenty of adventure as well with fishing charters, dolphin cruises, biking, Waterville USA, mini golf, and much more.
Guest Access:
Four Seasons does require parking passes...........each unit is allowed 2 parking passes EXCEPT for Memorial Day week and 4th of July week.........then they are limited to 1. The complex charges $53/parking pass. Your parking pass/passes will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out COMPLETELY and place it VISIBLY in your vehicle's dashboard. No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite.
- You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
- For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.

Loved the condo. It needs a little work. screen door needs replacing on the door out of second bedroom. The shower doors in the master bath need replacing. They dont hardly slide open. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

The total view of the beach was obstructed by outside walls of the building. This room is definitely not for senior adults. There were no safety bars in the shower or bathtub. Also there were no gripper strips on the floor of the bathtub. It was a dangerous situation when trying to get in or out of the tub. The shower stall had black mildew or mold along the frame (inside and outside) of the shower stall. The doors were barely hanging on. One of them would actually swing. The unit overall needs an overhaul.
