Four Seasons 703W, a newly renovated 3 bedroom/3 bath condo, is located on the 7th floor and has and an "expansive" incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico, a sandy white beach and a 704 foot private fishing pier from the living room, dining room, kitchen & master bedroom! The property amenities include a private pier that rivals any state pier in our area, beach side pool, indoor pool, fitness center, sauna and lounge room, short boardwalk to the beach with a shower and full time security staff. The elevators and lobby are freshly painted and very clean!
You will feel right at home with the granite counters, new furnishings, fresh paint, jetted master tub and walk-in shower, windows, and a full size washer and dryer. The living room, master bedroom and queen guest room have large sliding glass doors leading to the balcony. Each bedroom adjoins a full bath. The kitchen has full size appliances, including a dishwasher. It is stocked with utensils, dishes and cookware, coffee pot, toaster oven, hand mixer, can opener and more! Bring the food paper and plastic goods or just dine out! There are plenty of options close by!
Bring your beach towels and chairs or see the beach attendant for lounger rentals. There is a modest supply of bath and kitchen linens are in the condo, you may bring more. The utility room adjoins the kitchen and has a full size washer and a full size washer, plus an iron, ironing board. You may need extra detergent.
Book this condo and have a great time, inside and out of the condo. Orange Beach has lots to offer to keep everyone happy and busy. The beach is beautiful and has wonderful sugar white sand. The pier is a great place to fish or just enjoy the scenery, it also serves as a shade to take a break from the sun. So, no need to pack a tent, but bring your fishing gear!

This property is very nice with beautiful views and a big balcony. The beds are VERY comfortable in all 3 rooms. The king bed is nice and soft. The condo was quiet and relaxing. The colors of the walls are more muted than the photos, which we liked. They are sage green.
We took this trip to fish, and we were not disappointed. My husband and my Dad went fishing with Great Southern Charters and caught some nice fish. Then we fished off the pier at night, and caught lots of fish. My Dad even caught a 32" red drum from the pier. It was an awesome experience.
This was our first trip to Orange Beach, and we were very impressed. It's family and "mature adult" friendly. Favorite places to eat: Gulf Shores Steamer, Sunliner Diner, Lambert's in Foley, AL (excellent food, low price), and City Donuts (go early in the morning). We also visited Billy's Seafood Market in Foley for some fresh items to take home, and then we shopped at the Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley. For souvenirs, we went to the Beach Planet $14.99 store. They had a huge selection of items.

Our view was awesome. The beach and pier were very inviting. Having beach chairs to use was wonderful. We spent a lot of time in the early morning on the deck watching the sun rise. And later just relaxing.

Unit was comfortable, great location. Only complaint would be cleanliness upon arrival. Lot of beach sand on master bed and in floor throughout unit, all bed linings had not been cleaned thoroughly we washed them again upon checkin. Black mold in jets of master tub. Sliding door to patio in master bedroom was very hard to open and close.
