Guests have access to a large outdoor pool just steps from the unit, a tennis court, and a BBQ grilling area ideal for casual outdoor meals. Boaters will appreciate the on-site docks and boat slips, available for $250 per week. Assigned, covered parking is located underneath the building for easy access.
Inside, the condo features a bright and open floor plan with two comfortable sofas, a dedicated dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for families or groups who enjoy cooking and gathering together. The interior is tastefully decorated in a coastal theme, creating a relaxed beach atmosphere from the moment you walk in.
The King master suite offers a private retreat with a walk-in shower, while the Queen guest bedroom shares a full hall bath. Upstairs, the loft-style third bedroom includes a Twin over Full bunk, a Queen bed, and a Twin daybed, along with a private third bathroom—ideal for kids or additional guests.
A private balcony, accessible from the living room, is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day on the water.
While you're tucked away on the bayou, the beach is just across the street. Take a short walk along Perdido Beach Boulevard to reach the Cotton Bayou State Park beach access for easy Gulf-side fun.

This unit was exactly what was described. We had absolutely zero complaints. The location, parking, dock, and house was perfect. Will definitely be back!

This condo was absolutely adorable. Fresh and clean upon arrival. Very spacious for two families with teenage boys. Right by the pool and grills but never had any noise issues. Short walk to the dock. Convenient private boat ramp. Lots of boat slips and fish cleaning station was clean.
Jonathon went Above and Beyond and fielded ALL of my questions flawlessly. We will absolutely be coming back to this unit.
