New cabinets, granite countertops, built in microwave, tile backsplash in kitchen, new tub and tile shower surround, ceiling fan in great room and bedroom, new sleeper sofa and new bedroom furniture.
All Emerald Skye units offer one car parking, direct gulf view, private balcony, outdoor seasonally heated pool, bar-b-que grills, & beautiful white sand. If watching from the balcony dolphins can be seen feeding daily. The lighted pier next door provides a spectacular view of the ocean waves all night. This unit features: new flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa, comfortable recliner, king bed, bunk beds, stack laundry & ceramic tile floors throughout. Bunk area can be closed off from living room and bedroom for privacy. The elevator & luggage carts are conveniently located & the front door has keyless entry lock so you never have to use a key!
Great central Orange Beach location near restaurants, fishing, parks, shopping, marinas and the world famous Flora-Bama. To the east it's a 30 minute drive to Pensacola, Florida where you may visit the Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels) and the Naval Flight Museum. To the west it's a 1 hour drive to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. A short drive west from Mobile are the Biloxi Casinos. This listing was exactly as pictured! Loved the proximity to the beach and stores/restaraunts. We sadly had a short trip but it was amazing due to the location! The host was very responsive and respectful! Would stay here again, given the chance!Best mother’s day, yet!

The beach was great at this spot! We saw dolphins a few times and there was plenty of space so we were not stacked on top of each other, but it was off season. I would recommend this place!

We had a great time. This will be our fourth time staying in this condo and we really enjoy it. We just had a baby boy in November and we have a seven-year-old girl who’s been going to Orange Beach since she was too best place I’ve ever been to by far. The people are so nice and there’s not a lot of rambunctiousness around. There is such a family place.

PROS: the view is great, the unit is clean, the kitchen was well stocked with appliances. Check in/out process was great. Seating in living room was comfortable. CONS: balcony was not utilized as much as we would like because of neighbors smoking. One roll of toilet paper on the roll with no backup was not enough with 3 adults over 3 days. As well as no coffee filters for a coffee pot that was supplied. Enjoyed our stay overall.
