Broadmoor 201 offers a serene beachfront escape in a beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bath Gulf-front condo, perfect for a well-deserved vacation. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, this Orange Beach condo rental combines comfort, style, and stunning beachfront views.
The Primary suite is a peaceful retreat, featuring a King bed, a comfortable sitting area, balcony access, and a Primary bath with a large, tiled walk-in shower. Wake up to the soothing sounds of the waves and enjoy direct views of the beach from your private balcony, a perfect start to any vacation day.
In the second bedroom, guests will find a King bed, offering a comfortable and private space, while the third bedroom includes two Full beds. Both guest bedrooms are well-appointed with private baths and offer North-facing views of the bay and river, adding a different perspective to the beachfront experience.
The living areas of Broadmoor 201 are bathed in natural light, with Eastern views of the beach from the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The unit is thoughtfully designed with a sofa sleeper in the living room to accommodate additional guests.
A wet bar with an ice maker adds a touch of luxury, perfect for evening relaxation or entertaining. The convenience of a full-sized washer and dryer makes longer stays comfortable, and free Wi-Fi keeps guests connected throughout their visit.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Wonderful stay! Great location, close to everything we cared to see and do, second floor corner unit, nice layout for a group, easy in and out access with a vehicle, no charge for parking. The balcony view was incredible with nice seating. The bedding, sheets, towels were clean and met our expectations. The appliances were clean and functioned well, and there was enough pressure and hot water for 3 simultaneous showers. There was no ice-maker at the wet bar as mentioned, but the refrigerator ice-maker was fast and efficient. Good communication from the property managers, a breeze to check in and check out, door code was sent prior to arrival. There were no chairs or umbrellas in the condo, but there was beach service by a third party.
Our only complaint was the dirty floors. We coped by wearing flip flops. The floors are beautiful and look clean. I can see why a cleaning service may not realize it, so if I were the owner or management company, I’d take that up with the cleaning service.
