There is 24/7 reception at the apartment and we received the keys there at check-in. The host had us send photos of our passport via WhatsApp but the reception people still checked our passports at check in. We stayed 9 days (enough space for 5 people) and they had cleaning staff come in once mid way through the stay. The apartment is a bit humid but clean and the location was really nice.

The living room looked far bigger in pictures. It was rather small for 6 guests. One of the bathrooms didn’t have a shower curtain. On the second day the gas balloon ran out of gas. I bought one for which I was not paid for; I sent her a message, I never got a response back. The location was good.

This apartment offers a fantastic, walkable location and a very responsive host, which are definite pluses. The building staff is also great. However, be aware that the apartment is situated next to a heavily trafficked street, and the lack of soundproof windows means nighttime can be a bit challenging due to noise. Additionally, accessing the rooftop or gym requires a trip to the lobby to have the front desk scan their elevator access card, adding an extra step.
