Excellente situation et Appartement vraiment agréable et confortable. Tout était impeccable à notre arrivée et tout avait été très bien expliqué via les messages reçu préalablement.
L'appartement semblait plus petit en réalité que sur les photos (dans la liste sur booking, il y a des photos de plusieurs appartements, dont certains pairaissent immenses). Il y avait bien une machine à laver le linge, mais aucun endroit (ni fil ni support) pour le faire sécher (petit détail à améliorer)

When I arrived the reception people were not aware of my arrival and had to call owner. I then received the control to garage and still no one knew where to direct me. I finally received the instructions, and all went well. The apartment is adequate and clean just needs better towels, better bed, better bathroom toilet paper (also not enough) better soap. The TV worked well and the rest of the apartment is well but old.
I called the apartment owner/manager but did not answer my calls. Receptionist not aware of arrival to hand over garage keys and he was not willing until I showed I had reservation and he also called the owner?

Es igual a la foto, cómodo, con las comodidades necesarias, limpio, ordenado y muy buena ubicación, cercano a comercio y buena accesibilidad, el personal del edificio amable y atentos

Lindo espacio
Cobros extras , que no estan en la reserva . Booking.com deberia hacerse cargo . Me cobraron por limpieza fuera del precio , eso me parece un engaño pues califican con mejor precio y luego te cobran extra al momento de pago . Esto para mi es un engaño , aunque los propietarios me digan que no se expresa bien . La limpieza al entregar el departamento está incluida en el precio . Por eso mi calificación para este alojamiento es deshonesto la administración
