Overall great property!! This apt is located in a modern safe building with all amenities. AC as well of you need it and a combo washer dryer. I will stay here again for sure!
The wifi could be a bit faster you are lucky to get 3mgbs if you have more than one device connected

Local manager is an extremely nice man and quick to help with any requests we had. Excellent TV package, (including live premier league games) Air conditioning in the two bedrooms (hard to come by in Lima). Free parking facility Loading / unloading area in front of the building
Not enough hot water for a proper bath, (particularly as the plug leaked as well). Rooftop swimming pool is not as nice as the photos would have you believe.
