La comodidad del departamento

Si bien esta bien ubicado, no me gustó que se escucharan los carros ya que es Av.

Fuimos un grupo de 13 personas, alquilamos 3 apartamentos, son muy amplios y cómodos. Las camas muy cómodas y el que tengan 4 baños ayudan a una mejor convivencia. Muy luminosos y con una vista privilegiada. Italo muy amable y con mucha paciencia frente a las distintas peticiones. Muy bueno el servicio de recepción las 24 horas

Las colchas y alfombras de baño tenían algunas manchas. El agua caliente es por calefón así que quizás no alcanza para bañarse todos en el mismo horario, hay que organizarse con eso.

The unit we had was 21st floor an seemed quite new or newly renovated. It was on the front of the building facing towards Miraflores (South?) with a great view, especially from the small balcony.. The ocean is only 10 or so blocks away. Location is fantastic....right in the middle of all the great restaurants that Lima has to offer (we never paid more than 7 Sole for an Uber or taxi to get to any restaurant). Very friendly and accommodating front door staff (24 hours). All of the apartments floor to ceiling windows open wide for air circulation and breezes (which barely saved us from the one thing we didn't like...see below). Kitchen was fairly well equipped, although we did not do any real cooking. It had enough glasses ...but only one wine glass (?). The social bathroom (toilet and sink) near the front door was nice to have. The owner is very responsive and helpful.... A+

There was one big thing that bothered us about this unit. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and a huge walk-in closet, which is great. However there must be a slow leak somewhere from this bathroom or an adjoining wall because there was a strong musty smell that did not go away. Only the master suite was affected and the rest of the unit did not have this problem. We kept the dual sliding doors open all the time which minimized the smell enough that we could tolerate it. Once the owner fixes this we will definitely return. Be advised that if you travel with two or three couples, the Master suite is huge and has it's own bathroom....the second full bathroom is across the hall from the second and third bedrooms.
