The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We stayed here recently for a family weekend trip with our friends. Everything was great with Vacasa but the lobby staff was not very accommodating. I was told the lobby would be closed when we arrived on Friday bc Vacasa said the lobby was only open M-F until 4:30pm. I was instructed via Vacasa to write my name and check in/out dates on a piece of paper and put on my dash in lieu of a parking pass. This is actually inaccurate. We woke up the next morning to a warning on our windshield saying we were parked illegally. I called the front desk and said I followed Vacasa instructions. The lady who answered the phone kept cutting me off and told me they are open 24/7 and then hung up on me. I went and got a parking pass after we came back from our planned day outing. The gentleman at the desk was actually extremely nice and helpful and understanding that this was an error. The rental itself was perfect for our needs. Big open common area and full kitchen. The rooms were nice and spacious. Parking is a little tricky as there are concrete poles and super tight spots. Tip: if you have a larger vehicle head towards the end of the parking (if you turn in at the main entrance between the building and the Mexican restaurant - head all the way to the end). There are more spots that are a little larger. Also, keep in mind you will need to bring paper goods and trash bags and laundry detergent if you are staying more than one day with a few people. 5 crazy friends, perfect spot at Madeira Beach!! Excellent!
Only issue was broken shower head tied up with rubberband and tv remote needed batteries. Other than that, beautiful!!
