Step inside to find a stylish, open living area with contemporary furnishings and beachfront balcony access, a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and an island breakfast bar, and a nicely appointed dining area. There are TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, free WiFi and cable service, and beach chairs, towels, and a cooler provided as well.
The primary suite has balcony access overlooking the intracoastal waters and a private bathroom featuring dual granite vanities and a spacious walk-in shower.
The Sea Breeze is a Gulf-front property with a heated beachside swimming pool, an oversize hot tub, a bocce court, a grilling patio, and direct access to the beautiful beach. Madeira Beach, affectionately known as Mad Beach, meanwhile, is a unique blend of Florida fishing village, residential community, and tourist destination. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
As of 4/14/25, the pool, hot tub, and grills are all available for guest use!
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The room was awesome. Very welcoming. Views were amazing. Great living room and kitchen. I didn’t think of much that the room didn’t have already. The building itself has one elevator which is not enough. The elevator lights and indicators were not working. It is also very very slow. Of course this is not the rooms fault!

THE GOOD
Absolutely beautiful condo. Larger than normal with patio's on both sides of the property. Condo was very clean. Coolers and beach things to use, but we didn't know so I brought my own. I live in Tampa and had family come in from PA and VA. Great restaurants within walking distance. Dockside Dave's for the best Grouper sandwich and onion rings. Spinners on St. Pete Beach for a lovely dinner for my sister's birthday was off the charts.
Beds are very comfortable, water is fabulous, and the sand is like white powder.
THE BAD and THE UGLY...
1. The AC went out the first night, so no one slept. It was 79 in the condo and I realize it could have been worse, but for $400 a night it is not what should have happened. They sent someone the next day, so by 4ish it was fixed. Had a rough time trying to get ready for dinner with the AC guy there, but thankfully their were 2 bathrooms.
2. Blender was broken which was a bummer as I could have brought my own. They promised they were working to get us one, but it never worked out. We ended up at Wal-Mart and found a fairly inexpensive blender. We like to have one frozen drink a day, so we were bummed that we had to wait for 2 days.
3. Only one towel per person. It would have been nice to have had extra towels, so ask in advance.
Really a very beautiful place, but disappointed that I haven't heard from them about a refund for our first night.
