This beautiful beachfront condo sits directly on the beach, with a balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. The view provides unbelievable sunsets. There is no better place to enjoy a drink at night or coffee in the morning. Ground level of the condo is parking and this unit is on the first elevated floor. Its perfect location places you on the white sands of Florida’s Gulf Coast. In less than a minute, you can leave the condo and have your feet on the warm sand.
Our two bedroom, two full bath condo is ideally located directly on Madeira Beach and within walking distance of the famous John's Pass and many other restaurants and bars. Enjoy the relaxing ocean waves or head down the street and partake in shopping and restaurants.
This is the perfect place to take a family. We want young families to have a relaxing time, so the condo is set up with a pack n' play, high chair, umbrella stroller. Plus we have children DVD's. Save the effort of hauling EVERYTHING with you, we have you covered!
We also have beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, and a small cooler for use.
Located just 36 minutes from Tampa International Airport, or 26 minutes from Clearwater/St. Pete Airport, you can be relaxing on the beach or in the pool & hot tub within and hour of landing. Head just 30 minutes north to visit Clearwater's Pier 60 or Clearwater Marine Aquarium to visit Hope and Winter! Bush Gardens is just 45 min away too. With several nearby golf courses, public parks, shops, bars, and restaurants, you won't be bored. This is an ideal location to just relax on the beach, or enjoy all the fun Florida's Gulf Coast has to offer.

Pros-great location, unit was clean, beds were comfortable, the beach and sunsets were amazing! The facilities were well kept and maintained.
Cons-kitchen very outdated, could use a new refrigerator and stove, cookware was nasty, someone needs to go through the entire kitchen ware and dispose of dirty, overused and worn out items. I don’t think it’s had a good cleaning out in years. My grandson wanted a smoothie so we took the blender out it was disgusting. Whoever used it last didn’t clean it thoroughly and it was stinky and crusty. Frying pans were scratched and crusty. The cookie sheet had so much build up it was disgusting. We just wanted to make nachos but didn’t dare to. I would never have used the cookware. The furniture in the living room is old, worn and uncomfortable. The couch crunches when you sit on it. It’s so ridiculous that this condo has such old and worn furniture. For the price you’re paying it’s not worth it. I’ve stayed in many beachfront rentals and have never spent the money I did for this one and had such poor conditions. The carpet in the bedrooms needs to go I’m sure it’s years old and is more than ready to be replaced. Hopefully with plank flooring or tile. I will never rent there again.
