Location and grounds were amazing! Outside very clean and well maintained. Pool and hot tub were perfect! And there isvplenty of hot wayer for showers. The actual condo room rental was dated and not the cleanest. It was okay, but sofa had stains, coffee table was wobbly, bed was hard as a rock, and vac cleaner needs replaced. There was also a strong odor of mold for the fist 2 days but got better as the apt was aired out. But I would rent again because it was the perfect location and views! And to be fair, I DID NOT call the property owner to complain.

We love staying at Sea Breeze, the location is perfect. Kids loved swimming in the pool and walking to Johns Pass. 7 Eleven across the street for last minute needs is convenient. For this unit you have to grab the keys and drop them off from another location but that was no big deal since it was so close to the condo, just different from other rentals we have stayed in. Condo was clean. Thanks!

This unit need not meet my cleanliness expectation. Given how much the cleaning fee is, the unit cleanliness does. It reflect that. Run down, outdated and. It worth the price we paid. We were just happy to be at the beach but I’m sure we could’ve stayed somewhere cleaner for the price we paid.
