The property met or exceeded all expectations. Extremely clean and orderly. Every kitchen and bath item imaginable provided. Comfortable furniture and beds. Beautiful view from the main balcony. And excellent communication before, during, and after our stay from Bonnie. This is a must stay property!

The unit was beautiful! Cant beat the gulf view either. Loved that it’s an end unit. The unit was extremely well stocked with beach gear, kitchen supplies, towels, etc. Fun walk on the beach to the bridge. Entertaining to watch the drawbridge open for the larger boats. Lots of places to eat. Short drive to Pier 60 which was fun to see the night life. Overall enjoyed our stay. Only downside was the elevator was having issues quite often so we got our cardio when taking the stairs.

Everything was great and as advertised. Can’t beat the view and condo was very spacious. Pool was nice and clean. Our host was excellent and very communicative. Excellent location - breakfast spot across the street as well as 7/11 for quick snacks or drinks. 1/2 mile to Johns Pass. Will definitely go back.

Condo is beautiful. The views are wonderful. Pool gorgeous. Hot tub was not working. Would have been nice to know. The elevator in the building was intermittently working. When I called the office it was an answering service offering little help. The elevator did not work at all upon checkout. Not good from the 6th floor at 6 AM with bags and an 85 year old with us. Frustratingly, other residents/long term renters said it had been an issue in the past. The only downside but it was a big deal to us with no responsibility taken by the rental company.
