Please also note that Harbourtown golf course will be closed from May 10th through mid November for maintenance.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly the way it looks on the 360 tour. It is new, clean, has comfortable beds, laundry, has air conditioning and everything you need in thr kitchen. The nautical/beach decor is well designed and lovely throughout the house. For those with a child, there's fun bunk space accessible by a ladder in the bedroom with a king bed.
The only downside of this property is theres no swimming to be had nearby. This wasnt spelled out very clearly in the listing. Although this house is technically "5 minutes from the beach", it's there geographically but not accessible for swimming. To swim, you have to get in your car and drive 10-15 minutes to south beach (near The Salty Dog) to acess the beach with a pay parking lot or a public pool for $40/family per day. The situation stinks and we wish we'd known in advance about this.
On the positive though, Sealoft 2041 is in a quiet area, has a nice view of the marsh, and the neighbors are quiet. If i came here to write a book, work remotely, or have quiet time with my spouse, this would be the perfect setting. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and decor. Thank you!

The property is nicely decorated and well provisioned. Great view of the salt march. But the downstairs room (the 3rd bedroom, bathroom, and washer/dryer) was not functional because of water damage some days (weeks?) earlier. We didn't need to use it, but we weren't told about it until a couple hours before we were leaving for the trip. Vacasa offered to move us to a different property, but we had no time to compare (view, facilities, etc) so we kept our reservation here.

One of the bedrooms is outside down the stairs in a separate building so you have to haul your stuff upstairs in the unit to shower. It does have a half bath there but no shower.
