The fully stocked kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, plus all the gear you’ll need to whip up après-ski snacks or a full family meal! The dining table that seats four, and there’s room for three more at the kitchen counter.
Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the condo, shared laundry facilities, parking for two vehicles, basic toiletries, and fresh linens. As with all Summit Mountain Rentals properties, the condo is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also on call 24-hours a day to ensure your stay is comfortable and worry free.

Needed a place to stay with a few friends coming up to Breck to snowboard and stumbled across this! It was the perfect space for us. Everything was clean and well kept. Had new appliances in the kitchen and a big TV so we could watch the games and relax on Sunday. 4 o’clock trail was a super fun way to end the day and be right back at the VRBO.

We stayed here in June. It was a great location you could walk to everything g on Main Street and the gondola. Would stay here again for sure

Very basic, the kitchen was nice, the place was clean, base board heat was a pain could not get it right in each room and hard to bend down a set, TV room didn’t look like the pictures no red wall, no cushions, furniture dated, didn’t know I would have to deal with second floor stairs every time I wanted to go out, plus a pain when bringing skis up and down. On the other hand it was less money than most, it is not really a ski out but not bad on the ski in. Location was good not far from Main Street, parking was good. One bathroom, very clean . Not trying to dog the place just being honest. Overall ok and worked out , could use a hot tub for all the condos .
