The location of the condo offered a great ski in location right up to the backdoor however, you do have to walk about 2 blocks to get to the Snowflake lift to ski out. Not really an issue for skiers however, several of us ski bike so we chose to just drive over to the Peak 8. There were 5 of us in our group and the condo provided everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend this condo and would consider staying here again in the future.

Place was clean and our party of 8 had places to sleep. Plenty of towels and management was very responsive when we asked for a working can opener.
We were across the street for the bus pickup and a block uphill to the lift. Coming back at the end of the day was perfect to ski into the back door. The walk to downtown was only a few minutes.
Only complaint is we couldn’t fit together while eating or in the main living room as there Is only space for 4 to lounge or 6 to eat at the table.
The master upstairs shares a bathroom with the twin bed room. Overall a great place. Check out procedures not over prescriptive and sensible. overall great stay.

We stayed at this location in mid August. Had two major complaints one was that the the room in the basement had a fire escape that was boarded up and screwed closed. If there was a fire there was no way to get out. The second major complaint was the bed in the basement. The bed sagged in the middle so much two people could not sleep on it. It was very uncomfortable. The overall place was nice, great location and we had fun in Breckenridge.
