For your morning adventures, the Snowflake Lift is just a five-minute walk or a short ride on the free BreckConnect shuttle.

Just two blocks from historic downtown Breckenridge, you’re within easy strolling distance of award-winning restaurants, local boutiques, breweries, art galleries, and live music venues. Whether you're here for snow-covered slopes, summer festivals, or golden fall hikes, the condo’s central location puts you in the heart of it all - steps from hiking and biking trails, fly fishing spots, and year-round events like Oktoberfest, Ullr Fest, and the International Snow Sculpture Championships.

Summit Stage - Provides free year-round bus service throughout Summit County between Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin. Service is available to most ski areas, shopping centers, medical centers, and some residential areas. Buses have ski and snowboard racks in the winter, and bike racks in the summer. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location for walking to downtown Breck for shopping and restaurants. Good location for heading out for day trips. I give the queen size bed in this unit a 1 Star! This is by far the most worn out mattress we have ever slept on at a rental property.

Bed was super comfy, love the creek in the backyard and super close walk to town. Brought my 3 friends and a dog and didn't feel too crowded. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location and outdoor property. Hot tub is permanently shut down. Replace the mattress, put a screen on the back door, fix the windows, and drop the price due to no hot tub. Then it’d be 4-5 stars.
