Rural house in Alhaurín el Grande with private pool and spacious outdoor areas, perfect for families looking for a rural setting near Málaga and the Costa del Sol. Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.Enjoy a unique experience in this 160 m² rural house, designed for families who want to combine the tranquillity of the countryside with proximity to points of interest such as El Caminito del Rey and the beaches of Málaga, Marbella or Fuengirola, all less than an hour's drive away. The property has a fully fenced plot where you can park your vehicle outdoors with total safety.Access is comfortable and direct, with entrances on both sides of the house that connect to the large swimming pool, barbecue area and outdoor spaces, or through the living-dining room, the heart of the accommodation next to the spacious independent kitchen. Here you can enjoy lunches both inside and outside, without disturbing those who prefer to rest. The outdoors are a true paradise: a large swimming pool ideal for cooling off, sunbathing areas with loungers, a shaded space to relax and a perfect gas ring for preparing barbecues or paellas. Additionally, you will have a bathroom with a shower tray for greater comfort after a swim. The house has five bedrooms distributed across two floors. On the lower floor, you will find three rooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, all with windows to the outside and space for luggage. On the upper attic floor, there are two bedrooms with capacity for two single beds each and a bathroom with WC and washbasin. Important: the accommodation has a base rate for 6 people, keeping the upper places closed if not reserved. For 7 or 8 guests, an extra room is opened with an additional cost, and for 9 or 10 people, both upper rooms are also opened with an extra cost. Moreover, the house has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in some bedrooms, heating with heat pump, fans, fireplace and a television for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. Everything thought out so that you lack nothing. As we also do in all other properties of our brand CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, we provide all our accommodations with towel and bed linen sets. We have cots and high chairs available upon request for babies from 0 to 2 years old. And all of this, absolutely FREE. Likewise, guests of CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES can enjoy EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT upon request, provided that the booking calendar and scheduled cleanings allow it.
