We loved it and it was great for a shared family holiday!
The villa is lovely and in a great position for strolling into Mijas village.
Bedding and towels were poor quality and some aspects of the villa need refurbishing, particularly the kitchen. Also, the check out timings were apparently incorrectly shown both on the Booking.com site and in the villa itself. This was frustrating on our day of depoarture.

Great location, just a five minute stroll into the heart of the pueblo. Lovely garden and pool with plenty of outdoor seating. Villa spotlessly clean and reasonably well equipped. Pool quite murky on arrival, a quick message and it was transformed to clear within two hours. We were a family group of 7 aged from 68 down to 2 years of age and had a great time at the villa.
The villa is very dated and need of a refurbishment. Mattresses uncomfortable and cheap, outdoor furniture very basic and doesn’t have a luxury vibe. All that said, the villa is perfectly functional and didn’t detract from a great holiday. Be aware, there is a very steep slope up to the villa which wouldn’t be suitable for people with mobility or breathing issues.

The location was excellent
We had no hot water for 3 days the host was contacted but nothing was done Quite a few of the appliances were in need of updating ie toaster that only worked if you held down the button the pool shower didn’t work due to a leak on the unit on arrival we were told the cleaning was €80 and €400 for breakages but at end was told cleaning was €180 this may have been a language barrier problem the one toilet in the downstairs bedroom didn’t work and continuesly flushed all day upon arrival there was no remote for fans on contacting the host I was told the children may have hidden it and needed to look for it myself

Bonita casa con detalles mejorables
Es un casoplon muy bonito y espacioso. Cerca del pueblo. Habitaciones amplias. Amplio salón y cocina. Jardín y porche precioso. Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones menos 1. Hemos pasado buena semana y la propietaria y la encargada de la casa encantadores y muy atentos.
Sin aire en el salón ni en una habitación. 2 habitaciones sin armario. De los 3 baños que tiene para tantas habitaciones, dos de ellos están metidos en dormitorios, con lo que 4 habitaciones tienen que compartir un baño bastante pequeño. El menaje de cocina un poco escaso para tanta gente. Muebles antiguos. Sin persianas en los dormitorios y las cortinas no todas quitan la luz. Muchas avispas en la piscina (nos pico una) y muchos otros bichos por la casa. Quizás normal por estar junto al monte. La calle de bajada al pueblo, súper empinada. Da miedo con el coche y es agotador subir a pie.
