Super property and only 2 min drive from Mijas Pueblo where we found great restaurants to dine in.

Deborah kindly upgrades us from a studio to a one bed apartment. However as the weather wasn’t great it was chilly in the kitchen/living room area. We hope to return in nice weather to make use of the fantastic pool and bar area.

Location is breathtaking, room and service need a bit more work.

The location is astonishing with breathtaking views with a very intimate atmosphere. We loved the calm and the serenity that this place offers. The pool area is excellent and you can play ping pong, darts etc. If you’re a football fan you’ll have a blast as they have tvs in the pool and in the room that broadcasts all major games.

Unfortunately the curtains were very thing and the main door was all glass so the sun is all the way in the room. Difficult to sleep in in the morning if you’re easily bothered by sun. The soap dispenser were rusty and definitely need to be changed. Biggest inconvenience I had was the lack of communication. I texted through Booking app as well as the Whatsapp number and stopped by the office twice and no answer for more than 24h until i stumbled into the owner coincidentally in the pool to have my questions answered. But they were very responsive when they texted as and asked if we are leaving according to their check out time

Fabulous!

This was a perfect location for a relaxing break. The facilities were fabulous and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the outdoor area with comfortable sun loungers, swings and stunning views. There’s a bus stop just outside the apartments that goes straight to Mijas and local taxis back if you stay out late. The breakfast was also lovely with a combination of meats, fruit, bread, croissants, yogurts, orange juice and coffee.

The property consists of lovely boutique style apartments located just outside the beautiful area of Mijas Pueblo, which has multiple good restaurants and bars along with plenty of shopping opportunities. The property also has lovely grounds with plenty of sun beds and seating. It has a good size pool and a BBQ along with an honesty bar. Bas & Deborah are the perfect hosts and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is well looked after.

Amazing, wouldn’t change anything about our stay

Absolutely stunning accommodation and facilities. Debs and Baz were amazing hosts and nothing too much trouble for our group of 11 adults and one toddler!

Nothing. Location means you need to really take public transport or a cab but with the bus stop directly outside, it was no issue at all.

Perfect short break near Mijas

Beautiful property with lovely outside space. Very welcoming owners and friendly resident dog. We enjoyed the delicious and plentiful breakfasts on the terrace. Mijas is lovely and easy to walk to (if you can manage uphill!) or there is a bus stop outside the property.

Highly recommended

Only 6 apartments which meant it was quiet and relaxing around the pool or on your terrace. Breakfast was lovely, consisting of pastries, fresh fruit, cheese, Parma ham and other meats, yoghurt, fresh orange, tea/coffee, setting you up for the day. The Honesty bar is a great idea also.

We knew prior to our arrival that we’d have to get a bus or taxi up to Mijas village, as it’s too far to walk up, however coming back down is not a problem. The buses run regularly at twice an hour, but there were times when we wished we had stayed nearer Mijas for convenience. This is no slur on Mijas Residence, just our personal preference. Indeed we would highly recommend this accommodation.

A piece of paradise in the most beautiful spot - we’ll be back ❤️

Everything - from the minute we booked, the communication was amazing to a warm welcome by Deborah and Bas was fabulous. The apartment was more than we expected with everything you need and the pictures are what you see if not better. Welcome drink waiting and an honesty tab. The bus stops are right outside the door and so easy to get anywhere without a car, there are also electric bikes on site. Rarely I’m wowed but certainly was here and wouldn’t hesitate to return for a break with friends, family or alone. Many thanks for opening up your wonderful place, such a perfect find 🥰

Perfect accommodation, like a little hidden oasis retreat

Beautiful property with stunning views towards the sea. Comfortable beds, great shower, tv with British channels (a must for us). We only booked a couple of night but wish we stayed longer. Baz and Deborah were very friendly and welcoming to their gorgeous home.

Perfect stay at Mijas Residence

Mijas residence is perfect all round! Location is great 20 min (uphill) walk into Mijas or 5 mins on the bus which the stop is directly outside the property. Pool area is gorgeous, rooms are well equipped and decorated lovely. The honesty bar is a great idea. Bas and Deborah are great hosts! We’ve booked to go back again next year as we loved it so much!

Very relaxed holiday in a beautiful villa

Mijas Residence is a beautiful villa that has been split into 6 apartments with the owners living on site. We loved the facilities and the decor and the owners Deborah and Bas went out of their way to ensure we had a fabulous holiday.We were in no6 with a patio and 2 beautiful terraces. Very roomy for 3 adults. We also loved the honesty bar and Deborah's fabulous breakfasts.
