This property has great views, and is in a peaceful location and not too far from the centre of Mijas. It has good facilities and appliances .
This proper is totally unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. In the description of this property there is no mention about the two flights of steps to access the building from the street. Once inside there is a lift to take you to this 4th floor apartment but once inside there is a spiral marble staircase to access the bedrooms again unsuitable if you have mobility issues. The main bedroom has no shade to the pendant ceiling light. The en-suite shower head leaks badly from the feed hose and the doors which should meet in the corner do not do so. During our 6 day stay the electrics tripped on 4 occasions whilst we were not in the property,on three of these occasions it was after dark and after office hours so we were unable to contact the owners for help.
